@BPW (Box Plot Width)

When this macro is used in a box plot chart, the width of each box plot riser is determined by a sixth data value. The largest value gets 100% (normal) width. The width of all other risers (box plots) are a percentage of the largest value. Note that this macro is the same as @BP except that it causes the special draw with width being determined by a 6th variable.
