On a dual-Y axis chart, this macro forces the minimum/maximum values to be the same on both axes (Y1 and Y2). The charting library determines the maximum value to use on both axes by calculating MAX (Y1's Maximum Value, Y2's Maximum Value) from the raw data that forms the chart.
